Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

We will not be responsible for orders sent to incorrect shipping address provided by the customer. Please make sure to enter the correct shipping address before placing order.

We are not able to cancel your order once it has been placed.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. After 3 days, we can no longer replace your defective item.
