Once your package is shipped and delivered, Herlushappeal is no longer responsible for stolen or lost packages. Please contact delivery carrier for further questions and concerns. We do not offer refunds and/or exchanges for any stolen or lost packages. 

Shipping times - Orders will arrive within 3-4 business days with standard shipping. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing before orders ship from our warehouse
